Yancey Bros. Co. Cat® Cooler Survey Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Yancey Bros. Co. Cat® Cooler Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is Yancey Bros. Co., located at 330 Lee Industrial Blvd, Austell, Georgia, 30168, USA (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, sibling, child) or those living in the same household of any such employees, contractors, officers, and agents are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions, represent that you meet all eligibility requirements, and agree that the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on November 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST or until approximately 300 survey responses are received (“Entry Period”).
The Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Entry Period up to two additional weeks through December 15, 2025, based on survey participation levels.
Entries received before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete the online survey available at: https://www.jotform.com/build/252885543140054
Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries must be received during the Entry Period and fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
Incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate or win.
6. PRIZES: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Cat® Cooler.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies by model; no cash alternative or prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Yancey Bros. Co. to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor makes no, and hereby disclaims any, warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, express or implied, concerning the prizes.tes.
7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor within 7 days of the Entry Period closing. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection.
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the survey form. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of e-mail address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of Entrants.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of notification, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
9. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANTS: By entering, you grant Sponsor and its authorized representatives the right to use your name, likeness, and statements regarding this Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SPONSOR, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AGENCIES, AND THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS OF THE FOREGOING (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, LOSSES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, RIGHTS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION HEREWITH, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, EACH ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION HEREWITH.
12. DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entrants agree that all disputes arising out of or connect with this Sweepstakes must be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
13. WINNERS LIST: To request the names of the winners, email digital_solutions@yanceybros.com within four (4) weeks after the Sweepstakes ends.
14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER: This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or any other social media platforms.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By completing the survey and entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.
