Our reporting system uses a manage by exception process, where; green indicates “No Action Required”, yellow indicates you need to “Monitor”, and red calls for “Action Required”. Some examples of suggested actions may be to resample or change oil at a shortened time frame, or inspect the contents of a filter.

S•O•S Services Web also provides a means to quickly fill out the label with the information required to process your sample, eliminating the possibility of errors due to inaccuracies. Filling out the on-line labels is quick and easy with drop down menus and point and click options. Your equipment by serial number and/or your equipment number is loaded into the system to assist with the selection process.
