Each of these tests help
our Fluid Lab Technicians identify warning signs that can
indicate if something is wrong inside your engine. The
earlier these problems are detected, the easier (and less
expensive) they are to repair. By keeping
accurate records of regular oil sampling, Yancey Fluid
Lab Technician can look for trends in your oil analysis.
Often, a single sampling cannot tell the whole story. By
comparing sampling trends, we can see a bigger picture of
what is occurring inside your machine.
Yancey Bros. Co. has everything you need to take an fluid analysis sample. The sampling process is quick and easy and should always occur when fluids are at operating temperature. When taking a sample, remember to fill out the sample bottle label very carefully. This information is as important as the oil in the bottle. Without a correctly filled bottle label, accurate interpretation of the data is near impossible. Fluid Analysis is key to any good preventive maintenance program. If you aren't currently enrolled in an S-O-S program, ask your Yancey Equipment Management Specialist for more information today. The Yancey Fluid Analysis program is another example of, "The Yancey Advantage...Our Commitment to Your Success." |
