The rental set market often requires additions to standard machines.
- Add-on filtration units for combustion or cooling air flow use in open mines or quarries to prevent damage to machinery due to dust.
- Fuel transfer valve changeover arrangements to operate on an external tank with external quick connect terminations.
- Control mods to switch between 50 and 60 Hz quickly.
- Day tank auto fill.
- Increased fuel filtration with water coalescing ability.
- A quick means of changing output voltage by re-configuring 12 wire machines from Series Star (480 vac) to parallel star (208vac) or on Double Delta 240/120vac.
- We have developed a convenient link board arrangement that allows quick changing from Series delta to parallel delta and have worked with our circuit breaker supplier to arrange for a situation that allows one breaker to provide appropriate levels of protection at both Hi and Low current outputs. This avoids the costs and real estate requirements associated with the traditional two breaker set up. A similar link board can be installed for all winding configurations or for smaller machines this can be done with a changeover switch.
- Extended oil capacity, and if necessary increased oil filtration for those remote location long-term hires where regular attendance is not always possible.
