- Careful disassembly of unit including muffler, tank and louvers
- Sand blast
- Clean and paint interior, exterior and floor
- Clean and paint fuel tank

- Replace hinges, handles and hardware if necessary
- Reassemble

With a resistive reactive load bank from a marine application, all motors, reactors and resistors were inspected and replaced where necessary with an individual test sheet for each component. It will leave fully tested and like new.
