If it rotates or makes noise we have the ability to hold it up, help it turn, cool it, quiet it down, protect it from the elements, or even make it mobile. We are not limited to generating sets and prefer to be called rotating equipment specialists.
The photographs below show a 12,000 hp floodwater pumping station package where we took the prime mover, designed and fabricated the PE stamped sub base, incorporated additional monitoring devices, installed high interference keyless drive couplings, converted the engine to air start, designed expansion facilities for the down hole cooling system, and functional tested the finished assembly with the PLC based control and data acquisition control panel.
And while we have the capability to handle large jobs we also easily handle smaller jobs as well. We are currently refurbishing 40 horsepower rental units and making packaging modifications to improve their maintenance accessibility and reliability.
