Yancey has invested over $12 million in Field Service trucks and equipment, over $2 million of diagnostic computers and Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) dispatch equipment, and over $6 million in Technician training over the past 6 years. We are the experts you deserve when it comes to the maintenance and repair of your equipment!
Our Field Service Technicians have access to thousands of pages of technical journals, schematics and parts listings via their on-board laptop computers and high-speed mobile modems. This system of communication allows them to be in immediate contact with information from Technical Analysts based out of our various branch facilities. They can even access reports pertaining to oil samples generated by our Fluid Analysis Laboratory. Having access to this information in the field is another example of service we can provide that is unavailable from any other equipment dealer.
