Yancey Recognized as Top Loegering Dealer in the United States

Loegering Manufacturing Inc. recognized Yancey Bros. Co. of Georgia as their “2006 Dealer of the Year.” Yancey accomplished this award by achieving the Number One sales volume of Loegering products and has demonstrated their ongoing commitment to building a partnership with Loegering in the region.

Preston Smith, General Construction Manager of Yancey, was presented the award on behalf of all the employees of Yancey Bros. Co. during the 2007 ARA Rental Show in Atlanta this past December. Presenting the award to Smith was Brad Buck, Loegering Regional Manager (pictured on left) and Jim Iverson, Loegering Sales Manager (pictured on right).

Yancey has demonstrated an exceptional performance in selling several hundred of Loegering’s VTS (Versatile Track System) over the past two years.  “We are very proud of our relationship with such a quality dealer.  They do an outstanding job of presenting our products in the market and we look forward to a positive 2007,” commented Jim Iverson.

The VTS track system has proven to be a popular work tool for customers owning skid steer loaders.  VTS allows the customer to change the skid steer from running on rubber tires to rubber tracks, all in about 60 minutes.  The benefits are that the skid steer is then capable of working in wetter and more undeveloped areas, which in turn gives the customer an opportunity to broaden the scope of the jobs he tackles.
