Product Project Manager / Designer. UL 142 and 2085 Tanks

Location: Griffin
Division: Power Packaging
The posiition will design enclosures, electrical & mechanical parts, systems and assemblies the use of 3D modeling, creating layout views, creating full dimensional piece part drawings and creating .dfx files for CNC cutting. The Product Project Manager will also be responsible for creating complete B.O.M. for products requiring fabrication, purchasing & managing steel inventory to suit work in progress and insure that structural design plans are implemented. Additional key responsibilities are maintaining high levels of positive relationships with customers and colleagues, insuring quality control of fabrication parts & pre-shipping finished goods and estimating fabrication costs as required.
Required Skills:Technical Requirements: Quality and safety conscious. Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Experience with 3D modeling software (Solidworks would be an advantage). Experience with AutoCAD. Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings. Extensive fabrication design experience. Knowledge of metal shop tooling, basic welds and steel work. Solid computer skills. Excellent mathematical skills. Knowlegable with Microsoft Excel and Word. Interpersonal requirements: Good communication skills. Sense of urgency. Ability to problem solve and implement solutions. Ability to work well under pressure. Team mentality. Able to work without direct supervision.

Marine Engine Field Service Technician

Location: Savannah
Division: Power Systems
Marine Engine Field Service Technicians are able to perform a variety of tasks, ranging from simple repairs to troubleshooting to completing major overhauls while on customer vessels and at their facilities.
Required Skills:Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. MINIMUM of 3 years of marine diesel engine maintenance, repair and or installation is required. Proven Customer service skills and quality of work are required. Experience with numerous makes and models is preferred. Caterpillar PAR Certification is not required, but is a plus. Must have a good driving record, excellent people skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Selected candidates will have the ability to perform repairs on diesel fuel, cooling, exhaust systems and are familiar with the integration of vessel systems and electronics. A demonstrated ability in electrical generator/electronic troubleshooting is also preferred. Ability to hold a valid passport.

Truck and Bus Parts Route Sales Representative

Location: Macon
Division: Power Systems
The purpose of the position is to sell parts to truck and bus customers in a specified geographical territory surrounding the Macon area. The focus of the job will be growing the sales of heavy duty truck aftermarket parts and Blue Bird bus parts to truck and bus customers. The Sales Representative will contact customers and solicit parts sales by phone and by visiting customer sites - while delivering parts as needed - and generating new business by calling on customers. The Sales Representative will also follow up with customers on the status of orders and quotes. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining written records of daily calls and sales activities. A company vehicle will be provided.
Required Skills:The potential candidate should have previous outside sales experience. The candidate should also have experience with heavy duty aftermarket truck and bus parts. We will consider candidates that have either qualification.

Lead-man Product Assembly

The Lead-man for Product Assembly will work with the team to complete fabrication projects that deal with enclosures for power generation unit. The Leadman will be work with and direct his team on the day to day tasks of each project. The Leadman will have responsibility for assigned projects, proper use of equipment, training of team, timely completion of assigned project that is within budget, quality control, maintenance of facility fabrication tools & equipment, logging of work hours against job number, inspection of all work and above all - safe work practices.
Required Skills:5 years experience within a mechanical and electrical assembly environment. Must be able to read, analyze and communicate information. Essential to be able to ask, answer and respond to customers, employees and management in a professional and comfortable manner. Must be computer literate - working with Microsoft products and sending & receiving e-mail. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings. Must have broad based practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly and welding. Must have intermediate level of mechanical and electrical wiring faultfinding and repair. Experience with sheet metal and general fabrication with welding.

Rental Technician

Location: Austell
Division: Power Systems
Provides sevice and repair support to the Rental Operations. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the rental fleet and assists with the delivery and set up of equipment- including but not limited to Power Systems generator sets, air compressors and temperature control units. This position will inspect and perform Level 1 and 2 maintenance of the rental fleet, complete service reports, maintain rental department spare parts inventory as well as assisting in the maintenance and repair of the rental fleet.
Required Skills:Strong technical and mechanical ability, outstanding organizational skills, solid communication skills and impressive customer service skills are required.

Rental Sales Representative - Temperature Control, Pumps and Power Generation

The Position exists to promote, apply and rent engine driven generators, air compressors and temperature control to our existing customer base and to potential new customers.
